Organic Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP) is made from the soy chunks that remain after the production of soy oil. TVP has many great benefits over regular meat and dietary proteins. It is low in calories, lactose and gluten free, a source of minerals and it has a high absorption power. We source our organic TVP from France. The soy is harvested and processed into soy chunks. This makes our organic TVP an entirely European product. The relative short distance from the farm fields towards our warehouse makes the process sustainable.
