Oats in the fields

OATS

Our organic oats grow under ideal conditions in Finland, allowing them to retain their full flavour and nutritious properties. Oats are rich in fibre and slow-release carbohydrates, providing long-lasting energy and contributing to healthy digestion.

How to prepare oatmeal and oat flakes?

  • Oatmeal: Add 1 part oatmeal to 2 parts water or milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Oat flakes: Add 1 part oat flakes to 2 parts water or milk. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly.

SPELT

Spelt is an ancient grain with a mild, nutty flavour and a high protein and fibre content. It is easily digestible and an excellent choice for a nutritious breakfast. Our organic spelt comes from Dutch fields.

How do you prepare spelt flakes? 

  • Add 1 part spelt flakes to 2 parts water or milk.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Quinoa in the field

PUFFED RICE & QUINOA

Puffed rice and puffed quinoa are light and crunchy breakfast cereals that are perfect as a topping or as a base for homemade granola. They are gluten-free, easy to digest and rich in protein, making them ideal for a healthy breakfast.

How do you use puffed rice and puffed quinoa? 

  • As a topping: Add a handful to yoghurt, oatmeal or smoothie bowls for extra crunch.
  • In granola: Mix with nuts, honey and spices and roast briefly in the oven.
  • For energy bars: Combine with nut butter and dates for a nutritious snack.
