Our goal is to create a sustainable impact on our planet and our health, for both current and future generations. Driven by our vision to make organic the norm, we are fully committed to accelerating the transition towards a 100% organic food chain.

THE POWER OF ORGANIC

Agriculture covers almost 45% of the Earth’s habitable land surface and has a major impact on our environment. That is why we invest time and energy into how our food is grown - because it’s not just about the end product, it’s about protecting biodiversity, restoring soil health, and reducing our climate footprint. 

Organic farming works with nature, not against it, and offers a powerful alternative to conventional methods that rely on synthetic pesticides, artificial fertilizers, and monocultures. With a carefully selected global network of farmers, we offer 160+ unique organic food ingredients - such as pulses from China, nuts from Vietnam, and rice from India. Every ingredient we supply is 100% organic. And we believe every organic step, no matter how small, makes a world of difference.

DRIVEN BY THE ORGANIC PRINCIPLES

At the heart of everything we do are the four principles of organic agriculture - Care, Health, Ecology, and Fairness. These principles have a strong influence on our approach in the organic market, inspiring us to build a greener, fairer, and more responsible global food system. 

To emphasize their importance, we have assigned an ambassador to each principle who demonstrates how these values guide and inspire our operations.

WE ARE B CORP CERTIFIED

We are proud to be a certified B Corp since 2023 – part of a global movement that uses business as a force for good. This certification recognises companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. 

To qualify, businesses must achieve a minimum score of 80 on the B Impact Assessment. With a total score of 90, we are pleased with what we have achieved so far - but even more motivated by the road ahead. Being a B Corp strengthens our commitment to making a positive, future-proof impact. We take that responsibility seriously and will continue raising the bar for a healthier planet.

OUR VISION FOR ACTION

Organic is a huge leap in the right direction, but it is no silver bullet. To better understand our impact beyond the certificate, we conducted our first Double Materiality Analysis (DMA).

Based on ESRS guidelines, this process offers valuable insights into how we affect the world around us – and how that world, in turn, shapes our business. This marks an important step in how we grow with responsibility and insight.
