BULGUR FROM TURKEY

Our organic bulgur comes from Turkey, where it has been an indispensable ingredient in the kitchen for generations. Bulgur is made from cracked wheat and has a slightly nutty flavour. It is high in fibre, nutritious and easy to prepare.

How do you prepare bulgur?

  1. Boil 1 part bulgur in 2.5 parts water for 7 minutes.
  2. Then leave it covered for 10 minutes so that the grains soak up the water and become soft.

COUSCOUS FROM ITALY

Our organic wholemeal couscous is produced in Italy using traditional methods and is a versatile base for both savoury and sweet dishes. Thanks to its wholemeal nature, this couscous contains more fibre and nutrients than regular couscous.

How do you prepare wholemeal couscous?

  1. Put the couscous in a bowl.
  2. Pour boiling water over it until it is just covered.
  3. Cover and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir with a fork and enjoy!

WHITE QUINOA FROM PERU

Our white quinoa is grown in the highlands of Peru, where the plant has been an important source of nutrition for centuries. Quinoa is a complete protein and contains all nine essential amino acids, making it an excellent choice for vegetarians and athletes.

How do you prepare quinoa?

  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly to remove the natural bitter compounds.
  2. Cook 1 part quinoa in 2 parts water for 10 minutes.
  3. Then leave covered for 10 minutes for a fluffy texture.

QUINOA MIX FROM PERU

This blend of white, red and black quinoa combines the soft texture of white quinoa with the firm bite of red and black quinoa. This makes the blend perfect for salads, hot dishes and nutritious bowls.
