E-Commerce Specialist

What will you do?

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for both the day-to-day operations and strategy of our digital commerce ecosystem: the B2B ingredients webshop and the brand sites La Bio Idea and Amaizin. You will combine customer insights, UX and data analysis to grow sales, conversion and quality leads.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Manage the daily webshop operations.
Drafting and implementing the e-commerce roadmap.
Ensuring attractive and correct product content.
Increasing conversion, order value and repeat purchases.
Building dashboards, monitoring KPI’s and translating insights into actions.
Improving SEO and organic visibility.
Collaborate on marketing automation and CRM flows.
Optimizing and implementing technical improvements and integrations.
Standardising processes for product data and promotions.
Collaborate with Sales Assistance for customer support.
Ensure data quality and brand consistency.

You’ll be based at our Barneveld office, where you can start your day flexibly between 07:30 and 09:00, working closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Category Management, IT, and Customer Service.

What will you bring?

You have proven experience in e-commerce (B2B and/or FMCG), consistently meeting targets and driving improvements.
You possess strong expertise in CRO, UX, web analytics, SEO, and merchandising.
You’re comfortable working with integrated systems (CMS/PIM/ERP), ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV; experience with Sana Commerce and SLIM4 is a plus.
You are data-driven, hands-on, and organized, with the ability to quickly turn insights into action.
You have an excellent command of English; Dutch is a bonus.
