CELEBRATING 35 YEARS

This year (2026), we celebrate 35 years since our foundation in 1991. That means 35 years of dedication to accelerating the transition to a 100% organic food chain. What started as a clear belief has grown into an international organic food company with one clear ambition: making organic the norm.

To mark this milestone, we asked colleagues from different departments and with varying years of experience to share their perspective.

DO IT Organic. The name says it all.” For Operations Manager Vincent Evers, who has worked at DO IT Organic for over 30 years, organic agriculture is the only truly sustainable way forward in the long term. That conviction runs throughout our entire organisation.

"The four organic core principles – Care, Health, Ecology and Fairness – are visible in the way we work every day. From logistics to quality control, from supplier relationships to customer deliveries, responsibility and long-term thinking guide our decisions."

GROWING, EVOLVING

"Over the past years, growth has been the most visible change. We have expanded in turnover and welcomed many new colleagues, bringing fresh energy and shaping our culture,” says Jurgen Meijer, Sales Manager.

"At the same time, we have professionalised tremendously. Our brand packaging has evolved, our market approach has strengthened, and our commercial teams have expanded with dedicated Key Account Managers supported by inbound and outbound teams. What has remained unchanged is our drive to outperform the market and continue building our mission."

PROUD OF OUR PEOPLE

HR Manager Mariska Dijkgraaf is especially proud of our development as an employer. Across departments, processes have improved and teams have grown stronger. This progress was only possible because of the commitment and involvement of our people.
